Adam Bucko is a spiritual activist and co-author of Occupy Spirituality: A Radical Vision for a New Generation and The New Monasticism: An Interspiritual Manifesto for Contemplative Living. He grew up in Poland during the totalitarian regime and emigrated to America at age 17.  His search for a meaningful life led him to monasteries in the US and India, where he had a life-defining experience that led directly to his current work as spiritual director to homeless youth in New York City at his Reciprocity Foundation, an award-winning nonprofit organization. Adam also established HAB, a fellowship for young people that offers formation in radical spirituality and sacred activism. We spoke about the remarkable path to his service-driven life, his inspiring work with homeless youth and his vision of a “new monasticism.” Learn more about Adam Bucko here:
