Connie Zweig
Connie Zweig has been a pioneer in the fields of shadow work and meditation practice for more than 30 years. The founder of the Center for Shadow Work and Spiritual Counseling, she received her doctorate in depth psychology and trained at the Los Angeles Jung Institute. She has been in private practice in LA for 25 years, helping thousands of people detect unconscious feelings and behaviors and to transform those into positive, constructive patterns. She is co-author of two seminal books, Meeting the Shadow and Romancing the Shadow, as well as Meeting the Shadow of Spirituality. She is also author of a novel about the life of Rumi, A Moth to the Flame. Recently retired from clinical practice, she is currently writing The Reinvention of Age to help us reimagine and recreate aging from the inside out. We talked about the value of shadow work on the spiritual path, and about her next book, about which she blogs at this site. Learn more about Connie Zweig here.
