Richard Miller, Ph.D., is the Founder, Executive Director and President of the Board of Directors of the Integrative Restoration Institute. A clinical psychologist, researcher, scholar and spiritual teacher, he is devoted to integrating the nondual teachings of Yoga, Tantra, Advaita, Taoism and Buddhism with Western psychology. Richard the co-founder of the International Association of Yoga Therapy, founding editor of the International Journal of Yoga Therapy, and past president of the Institute for Spirituality and Psychology. Research on his iRest protocol, based on traditional Yoga Nidra, is being conducted with active-duty soldiers, veterans, college students, children, seniors, the homeless, and other populations. He is the author of Yoga Nidra: The Meditative Heart of Yoga and a Consulting Editor at Sutra Journal.
