Sarah Taylor

Sarah Taylor is a stand-up comedian and actor as well as a spiritual/creative mentor and energy healing practitioner. Based in Los Angeles, Sarah has performed on NBC, CBS, ABC, and at many top comedy clubs, including The Laugh Factory, The Comedy Store, and The Improv. After undergoing a series of profound, radical, and abiding inner shifts, she began serving others as a catalyst to turn inward and realize the radiance of their true nature. When she performs her show “Cosmic Joke,” she ends with a short meditation. Her “The Divine Mess Show” is a one-of-a-kind experience that combines comedy and a longer healing meditation. She is working on a book titled Basic Sh*t: What You Need To Know About Healing, Thriving, And Waking Up.
